Payment Policy

Advance payment policy:

  • Orders below Rs. 5,000 → Rs. 500 advance
  • Orders above Rs. 5,000 → Rs. 1,000 advance
  • Orders above Rs. 20,000 → Rs. 2,000 advance

Advance amount is adjusted in the final bill.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products across Pakistan through trusted courier services.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Zam Zam Store is not responsible for courier delays after dispatch.

Return & Refund Policy

Warranty Policy

Products with official warranty or checking warranty can be claimed according to the respective product or brand terms.
